1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Pie App Ambassador Program and submitting videos, you confirm that your content is original, authentic, and created by you. Participation constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Grant of Rights
You grant Pie full, perpetual, worldwide rights to use your submitted videos across all channels, including but not limited to social media, paid advertisements, websites, email campaigns, and any other marketing or promotional platforms.
3. Payment and Rewards
Approved videos will be paid £100 per video. Payment will be made within 7 days of approval.
Ambassadors will also earn affiliate commissions for each new user who signs up via their unique referral link.
Pie reserves the right to reject videos that do not meet program guidelines or quality standards.
4. Video Guidelines
Videos must be vertical, under 60 seconds, and feature authentic experiences with the Pie app.
Content must clearly demonstrate the app in action or share personal success stories (e.g., claiming a tax refund).
Participants should follow the creative guidance provided, including suggested hooks, scripts, and video styles.
5. Eligibility
The program is open to individuals who can legally enter into agreements under the laws of England and Wales. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Pie the license outlined above. You warrant that your video does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Program Modifications
Pie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time, including changes to rewards, guidelines, or submission requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
